Job summary

You’ll support Lean initiatives, sustain high safety standards, and drive quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires hands-on skills with tools, strong communication, and the ability to train others while maintaining equipment efficiency and process control.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office).
• Good manual dexterity and precise instruction following.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate or maintain equipment in the department as assigned.
• Lead and train team members; monitor performance and ensure safety.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and 5S/TPM in the site.
• Ensure quality and conformance of products and components.
• Oversee inventory transactions and department setup/trials.
