Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech - Crew Lead to provide technical support across the facility on 3rd shift.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and lead junior technicians to reduce downtime while maintaining safety and 5S standards. The role requires a strong aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems, experience with CMMS documentation, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn PLC ladder logic and related coursework.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
• Assist with project implementations and major repairs/rebuilds.
• Support 5S housekeeping and safe work practices.
• Document PMs, logs and CMMS data accurately.
