Ideal candidates have at least 3 years manufacturing and 3 years supervisory experience, an associate degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with production equipment. Availability for varying shifts and overtime required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Manufacturing experience required (cold forming, preferred).
• 3 years' direct supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of production equipment/tooling.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production records and counts.
• Enforces safe working environments and activities.
• Supervises all employees in manufacturing departments.
• Owns responsibility for plant security and production runs.
