Shaw Industries Group Inc. seeks an Electrician Advanced IV to maintain and optimize electrical automation and control systems across manufacturing operations.

You will mentor junior electricians, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvements in efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include leading root-cause diagnosis, updating schematics, and developing preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) requirements.
• Experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting in industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
• Preferred 4+ years in electrical manufacturing.
• Technical school, apprenticeship, or industrial electrical certification.
• Experience with robotics, motion systems, and advanced automation.
• Strong PdM experience (IR, ultrasound, data analytics).

Responsabilités

• Maintain and optimize electrical automation and control systems including MCCs, motors, drives, PLCs, HMI systems.
• Lead advanced diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair with root-cause analysis.
• Develop proactive maintenance plans and updated documentation.
• Support plant projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Electrician II and III; assist Master (V) with major upgrades.
