Shaw Industries Group Inc. seeks an Electrician Advanced IV for the night shift to maintain and optimize electrical automation and control systems across manufacturing lines. You will lead complex troubleshooting, update schematics, and contribute to maintenance planning in a fast-paced facility.

You will mentor Electrician II and III, participate in upgrades, and ensure safety and high-quality workmanship while adhering to standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) requirements.
• Previous experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting in industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
• Strong PdM experience (IR, ultrasound, data analytics).

Responsabilités

• Maintain & optimize electrical automation and control systems.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and identify root causes across electrical, mechanical, and process domains.
• Develop and execute preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.
• Support plant projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Electrician II and III, and assist Master level upgrades.
