The role emphasizes safe practices, accurate documentation, and collaboration with operations to ensure reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) credentials demonstrated
• Previous experience in electrical manufacturing and advanced troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize electrical automation and control systems for manufacturing equipment
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across electrical, mechanical, and process domains
• Develop and execute preventive and condition-based maintenance plans
• Support projects including motor, drive, PLC, HMI system installations and upgrades
• Mentor Electrician II and III, and assist Master Electrician with major upgrades
