Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a Senior Electrical VDC leader to drive large-scale digital construction programs. This remote-first role supports US-based clients, guiding project kickoff through closeout while developing global teams and delivering on time, on budget, and to scope.

You will partner with executives, sales, and delivery leaders to raise quality and operational discipline, embed AI/tools for modeling accuracy, and expand VIATechnik’s VDC capabilities across geographies.

• Deep expertise in electrical BIM/VDC delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi‑project programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.
• Financial oversight and forecasting experience.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex electrical VDC programs from kickoff through closeout.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance on constructability and digital delivery.
• Build and develop high-performing VDC teams across geographies.
• Drive operational and financial discipline across projects, including forecasting and margins.
