Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean’s modular datacenter product line, seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Test Technician.

You will lead electrical testing programs, supervise field staff, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with engineers and project managers. You will work on SCADA, building management systems, and protection-relay testing, with travel as needed in industrial and datacenter environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Journeyman level knowledge across electrical testing and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Proficiency with protective relays, circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical Testing Program for duty site and act as subject matter expert for operations.
• Manage and train staff to operate and optimize monitoring systems.
• Develop SOPs and training for operators to monitor complex building control systems.
• Schedule, dispatch, and report MEP field activities using CMMS tools.
• Oversee SCADA and life-safety systems integration and reliability.
