Job summary

U.S. Electrical Testing, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Test Technician who can work independently on small to medium projects and coordinate with broader programs.

The role includes developing testing programs, overseeing operations staff, and ensuring safety and compliance across multiple system controls. The candidate should have 7+ years of electrical experience, ability to travel to industrial/data center sites, and strong knowledge of SCADA, ETAP, SKM, and protective relays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Possess a valid/active U.S. Work Authorization.
• NETA / NICET certification (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical testing.
• Strong understanding of ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical Testing Program for the duty site and serve as SME over the division's O&M program.
• Manage or train operations staff to operate and update all system control applications to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in developing SOPs and training programs for operators to monitor and control complex systems.
• Implement CMMS-based scheduling and reporting for MEP field maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee integration and reliability of building control systems including SCADA, Delta Controls, and Life Safety Systems.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to optimize monitoring performance and meet energy goals.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians.
