Job summary

Summit Electric Supply in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR II) to assist customers by phone, online, email or in person, and to work closely with the Service Center sales staff to deliver exceptional service across our markets.

You will thoroughly understand product capabilities, features and warranties, develop new and existing customer relationships by offering Summit solutions, and help coordinate orders to meet customers’ needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Summit's customers over the phone, internet, email or in person and work closely with the Service Center sales staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships by providing Summit solutions and products to meet the customers' needs.
• Thoroughly understand all product capabilities, features, and benefits as well as Summit’s market conditions, product warranties and services
