Job summary

Summit Electric Supply in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR II) to assist customers by phone, online, email or in person, and to work closely with the Service Center sales staff to deliver exceptional service across our markets.

You will thoroughly understand product capabilities, features and warranties, develop new and existing customer relationships by offering Summit solutions, and help coordinate orders to meet customers’ needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

Customers served: External – Customers, vendors, manufacturers’ representatives, and other suppliers. Internal – Summit’s warehouse and counter sales associates, Account Managers, Operations Manager and Service Center Manager
