Job summary

Neros Technologies seeks a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Electrical) to scale production and build the supplier network for rapid NPI and mass production ramps.

You will drive supplier development, PPAP implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with design and procurement. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Supply Chain to optimize capacity, improve supplier quality, and enable rate production for aerial systems while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline.
• 5 years of manufacturing, process or supply chain engineering experience.
• 5 years of PCB, mechanical, or electronic assemblies manufacturing.
• Proven ownership with pricing negotiation and results.

Responsibilities

• Design for Manufacturing feedback to ensure smooth transition to high-volume production.
• Develop and optimize process flows, identify critical control points and risks.
• Perform capacity assessments at supplier sites to ensure NPI and ramp readiness.
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand part/assembly design intent.
• Source parts with supplier capabilities by reviewing processes and quality systems.
• Lead liaison among purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
