Job summary

Neros Technologies is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer focused on mechanical commodities to ensure suppliers can build high‑quality hardware for unmanned systems. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, sourcing, and suppliers to translate requirements into scalable processes and resolve production risks quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing or related roles for mechanical hardware.
• Experience with AS9102 FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC and GR&R.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, inspection plans and CMM reports.
• Experience with supplier audits, process reviews and production readiness in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality and manufacturing readiness for mechanical commodities (CNC, composites, molded parts, sheet metal, castings, finishes).
• Review drawings, GD&T, material specs, inspection plans, CMM reports, PFMEAs, and control plans to validate supplier capability.
• Lead NPI supplier qualification, FAI/AS9102, PPAP-style readiness, run-at-rate, process capability, MSA/GR&R, and supplier performance activities.
• Drive containment and 8D/SCAR closure, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier improvement plans.
