Job summary

Neros Inc. in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Electrical) to lead manufacturing‑scale readiness for PCB and electronic assemblies, collaborating with design, procurement, and suppliers.

You will own DFM feedback, create process controls, perform capacity analysis, and drive PPAP and supplier quality improvements to enable rapid production ramps for defense‑grade unmanned systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process or supply chain engineering experience.
• 5+ years of PCB, mechanical, or electronic assemblies manufacturing experience.
• Proven ownership, negotiation, and results delivery.
• Experience with supplier quality processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive DFM feedback to design to enable high‑volume production.
• Develop structured process flows with critical controls and risks.
• Perform capacity assessments at supplier sites for NPI and ramp‑ups.
• Collaborate with design engineers on part, assembly, and subsystem intent.
• Source parts with procurement by evaluating supplier capabilities and processes.
• Lead cross‑functional liaison to resolve supplier quality issues and provide technical support.
• Define supplier tech and quality requirements for NPI and production.
• Create and implement PPAP with suppliers to enable rate production.
• Develop process controls for critical characteristics and monitor metrics.
