Neros in the United States is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Electrical) to lead supplier development, drive NPI builds, and scale production with the Supply Chain Director.

The role focuses on design-for-manufacturing, capacity planning at supplier sites, and collaboration with design, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure reliable, high‑quality high‑volume production for defense-grade unmanned systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process or supply chain engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with PCB assembly, mechanical assemblies or electronic assemblies manufacturing.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through negotiated pricing.

Responsibilities

• DFM: analyze designs for manufacturability and guide transition to high-volume production.
• Develop process flows by breaking down specs into structured manufacturing plans.
• Conduct capacity assessments at supplier sites, including throughput and labor efficiency.
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand part, assembly, and sub-system intent.
• Work with procurement to source parts matched with supplier capabilities and assess processes.
• Lead liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Define supplier technical and quality requirements for NPI and production phases.
• Create and implement PPAP with selected suppliers to enable rate production.
• Develop and approve process controls for critical characteristics.
• Analyze supplier quality and delivery metrics to identify gaps and root causes.
