Job summary
Amrize North America Inc. seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead plant electrical activities, troubleshoot and maintain MCCs, PLCs, VFDs and instrumentation.
You will provide hands-on technical leadership to electricians and contractors to ensure safe, reliable operation across multiple systems. Responsibilities include leading capital and maintenance projects, coordinating contractors, and driving continuous improvement in electrical reliability and safety compliance with NFPA 70E and plant
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent; NFPA 70E familiarity.
- 10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
- Experience with MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, HMI/SCADA and instrumentation.
- Experience leading electricians, contractors or technical teams.
- Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls work for capital and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and electrical work.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and control systems across multiple voltages.
- Support startups/shutdowns and emergency response activities.
- Drive reliability improvements through preventive maintenance and RCA.
