Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer I at the Midlothian Cement Plant, TX to lead electrical maintenance and control-system activities. You will supervise technicians, manage work orders, and ensure reliability while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting electrical schematics, analyzing data, and supporting PLC and process-control projects. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with SAP/AutoCAD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Working knowledge of electric maintenance and control systems preferred.
• Experience with SAP, AutoCAD and office software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders.
• Maintain electrical equipment and record work histories in SAP.
• Analyze electrical data and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide support for PLC control projects and system upgrades.
