Qualifications

• Prefer 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience.
• Prefer 10 years at a supervisory level.
• Prefer 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction.
• Extensive knowledge of PV solar systems and DC cable systems.
• Valid current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects for successful project completion.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Mentor future field leaders.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct inspections.
• Develop solutions for electrical scopes and collaborate with teams.

Skills

Operations management experience

Extensive electrical construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE standards

Job scheduling and planning

Proficient in underground electrical installations

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
