SOLV Energy is looking for an Operations Electrical Superintendent to supervise electrical projects, ensuring successful outcomes at various job sites. This position combines in-office work with significant travel, emphasizing collaboration and safety.

The ideal candidate should possess 15 years of electrical construction experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage relationships with project stakeholders. Comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience preferred.
• 10 years at a supervisory level preferred.
• 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of job scheduling, planning, and cost control required.
• Valid current driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Supervise electrical projects ensuring successful completion.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Develop relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams for project success.

Conoscenze

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE standards

Experience with SCADA systems

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
