Qualifications

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience preferred.
• 10 years at a supervisory level preferred.
• 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of job scheduling, planning, and cost control required.
• Valid current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects ensuring successful completion.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Develop relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams for project success.

Skills

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE standards

Experience with SCADA systems

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
