Qualifications

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience.
• 10 years at a supervisory level.
• 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC standards.
• Experience with SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects for successful completion.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and safety.
• Develop relationships with Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct inspections.
• Review and approve energized electrical work permits.

Skills

Operations management experience

Extensive electrical construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA and NEC standards

Experience with MV testing and terminations

Strong knowledge of electrical testing
