Ferrovial Construction is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical scope of utility-scale solar projects. You will oversee DC/AC systems, wiring, grounding, and inverter installations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Strong leadership, communication, and project-management software proficiency are essential. You will collaborate with mechanical, civil, and commissioning teams, manage Subcontractors, and support testing and energization activities across

Qualifikationen

• Industrial electrical construction experience required, with solar/renewable energy project experience preferred.
• Significant supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience using project management/construction software.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a safe workplace by partnering with Safety teams and Project Management.
• Oversee electrical construction activities for solar projects, including DC/AC collection, cable installation, terminations, grounding, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Coordinate underground conduit, trenching, cable pulling, wiring, and terminations.
• Review drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and installation details to ensure field installations meet design requirements.
• Support testing, energization, commissioning and turnover activities as the project progresses.
