Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for its Webber Energy division to lead electrical construction on utility-scale solar projects. You will oversee DC/AC collection, cabling, inverters, transformers, grounding, and MV systems while driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will manage field teams, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and project specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Experience with solar/renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction for solar projects from DC/AC collection to inverters and transformers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Manage subcontractors, costs, and scheduling to meet budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, commissioning, and project teams.
