Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on utility-scale solar projects in the United States. You will supervise DC/AC collection, underground cabling, grounding, inverters, transformers, and medium-voltage systems, ensuring safety and compliance with project specs.

Role requires 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience, strong leadership, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience, with solar/renewable energy project experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing DC/AC collection, cable installation, terminations, grounding, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities for solar farm installations.
• Coordinate DC/AC collection, underground cabling, grounding, and transformer work.
• Lead field teams, monitor quality, schedule, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with CM, mechanical, and civil teams to prevent schedule conflicts.
• Support testing, energization, and turnover activities.
