Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to serve as the primary jobsite supervisor responsible for electrical systems installation, alterations, and ongoing maintenance on small to mid-sized ground up or tenant finish projects. This is a safety sensitive role.

You will oversee field trades, assist with estimates with the Project Manager, lay out work, manage manpower and schedules, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with the General Contractor.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Experience supervising field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Ability to plan manpower and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all CEC field trades on electrical projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on estimates and take-offs.
• Plan layouts, schedules, and man-loading for crews.
• Ensure safety compliance and training.
• Coordinate with General Contractor for scheduling.
