Job summary

CMD Electric in California is seeking a Superintendent to lead large-scale electrical installations on commercial and multifamily projects in San Diego. You will oversee safety, quality, labor, and material management and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, general contractors, and management.

You will mentor field personnel (15+ electricians), ensure NEC compliance, and coordinate scheduling, prefabrication, and logistics while upholding CMD’s safety policies and project

Qualifications

• Requires Journeyman license and safe project delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safety and environmental programs; monitor costs and productivity.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Organize field administration: timesheets, reports, purchases, diaries.
