Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical project management experience on large contracts.
• Proven track record with public works, federal, or private projects.
• Experience with design-build delivery and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Manage and administer contracts, including change orders and claims resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, providing clear updates.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
