Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical project management experience on large public/private projects.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; field experience acceptable.
• Estimating experience with Accubid for change orders.
• PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to mentor project engineers and interns.
• Experience with design-build delivery; DBIA accreditation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and urgency under pressure.
• Demonstrates integrity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards aligned with policies.
• Lead all construction aspects, ensuring contract compliance.
• Participate in contract negotiations and meet all obligations.
• Administer contracts, change orders, and claims resolution.
• Maintain relationships with team and clients, building credibility.
• Provide regular project updates, milestones, and risk discussions.
• Develop and monitor project budgets to meet financial goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and quality.
• Maintain project documentation including reports, minutes, and correspondence.
• Demonstrate strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
