Qualifications

• 15+ years' construction experience with 5+ years in a General Superintendent/Leadership capacity (preferably civil on large heavy civil projects). Nuclear experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and quickly learn Kiewit policies, procedures and software.
• Strong leadership, safety, negotiations, planning and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Superintendents on the team.
• Review and approve labor rates for Foremen, journeymen and laborers.
• Manage contract administration and coordination meetings with subcontractors and site management.
