Mass. Electric Construction Co. (MEC) is seeking Electrical Superintendents to lead industrial and advanced technology projects across the U.S. You will mentor teams, oversee cost updates, and manage contract administration, ensuring client satisfaction and timely project turnover.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in a General Superintendent/Leadership role.
• Experience in nuclear is a plus.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Superintendents.
• Review and approve balance of foremen, journeymen and laborer labor rates.
• Manage contract administration and on-site communications.
• Develop client relations programs involving on-site staff.
• Attend meetings with clients for problem resolution and planning.
• Oversee monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Review, approve and negotiate change orders.
• Develop project completion and turnover plans.
• Maintain daily diary for records.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Suggest organizational or procedural improvements as needed.
• Review and approve or reject promotions up to General Foremen.
