Job summary

Mass. Electric Construction Co. seeks Electrical Superintendents to lead industrial and advanced technology projects across the United States. You will supervise crews, coordinate with contractors, and manage safety, quality, and schedules on nationwide sites.

Role requires at least five years as a General Foreman or Superintendent, willingness to travel, and strong MS Excel/Word skills. Relocation assistance and per diem are available for project locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as General Foreman or Superintendent
• Experience managing union labor is a plus
• Ability to supervise and direct crews
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations
• Willingness to travel nationwide and relocate as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium construction projects
• Perform daily safety and quality inspections
• Coordinate between contractors and stakeholders
• Develop and manage job schedules and budgets
• Provide on-site safety training and ensures QA standards
• Relate with customers/owners/general contractors during meetings
