Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a field-based Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical team on our utility-scale projects in North America. You will supervise subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure construction aligns with the owner’s contract.

The ideal candidate has strong NEC knowledge, ability to read drawings, and experience coordinating material delivery, safety procedures, LOTO and permits. This role emphasizes safety, schedule discipline, and collaboration with the Project Management

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical safety.
• Experience coordinating electrical subcontractors and managing field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical superintendents.
• Coordinate schedule and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Review and sign permits and safety procedures.
• Track progress and report to project team.
• Interface with vendors for material delivery.
