Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical trades on mid-sized projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with the Project Manager on estimates and material planning, and ensure timely delivery of electrical install work including feeders, switchgear, and panels.

You will manage safety, scheduling, and daily reports while traveling up to 50% to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting drawings, prints, specifications and schematics.
• Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
• Install and terminate electrical feeders and panels.
• Follow safety policies and maintain site safety records.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely per protocol.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field electrical trades on projects.
• Develops estimates and material planning with Project Manager.
• Lays out work for crews and ensures proper manpower and tooling.
• Establishes schedules and monitors progress with other trades.
• Oversees safety training and compliance on site.
