Qualifications

• Reads and interprets drawings, prints, specs and schematics.
• Bends conduit by hand using hand benders.
• Operates power tools, saws, threaders and knockout punches.
• Operates trenchers, backhoes and lift trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Jointly prepares working estimates and take-offs with the Project Manager.
• Lay out work for subordinate crews and ensure material, tools, and manpower readiness.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interfaces with General Contractor for scheduling and issues.
• Supervises installation of electrical feeders, equipment, panels, and lighting.
• Monitors work, directs crews, and coordinates with other trades.
• Ensures safety compliance and documents safety incidents.
