Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, data center build in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical activities, manage a ~100-strong team, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while controlling costs on a $500M+ program.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical supervision, union experience, and strong leadership. Travel is extensive; daily per diem applies. Excellent compensation and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred.
• Strong site coordination and leadership capabilities.
• Proven cost analysis and budgeting skills.
• Union experience required or past involvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities from design to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams for project execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians meeting safety and quality standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Tackle mission-critical aspects ensuring robust and reliable systems.
• Lead hyperscale projects with complex electrical needs.
• Maintain safe work practices in accordance with regulations.
