Job summary
RANDALL is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Orlando and Central Florida. You will manage multiple Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel, coordinating with Project Managers and Owners to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years of commercial electrical experience, with 5+ years in a Superintendent or senior leadership role, strong NEC
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience.
- 12–15+ years of commercial electrical construction experience; 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience overseeing large-scale commercial/industrial projects and 40+ crews.
- Strong NEC knowledge and codes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for electrical field operations on multiple projects.
- Supervise foremen, lead electricians, and field personnel.
- Develop workforce plans and labor strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers to align goals and schedules.
- Monitor safety, productivity, and quality on site.
- Lead project startup, site logistics, and sequencing.
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
