Job summary

RANDALL is seeking highly motivated Journeyman Electricians to join our growing Electrical division on projects in Orlando and Central Florida. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and test commercial electrical systems while upholding safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and strong teamwork. A valid driver's license, OSHA certification, and proactiveness in safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with leadership
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and local building codes
• Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams
• Proficient with tablets and construction management software
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification and CPR/First Aid

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and test commercial electrical systems per NEC and codes
• Read blueprints and one-line diagrams; interpret construction docs
• Install conduit systems (EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC Cable) and raceways
• Install and terminate panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, receptacles
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Coordinate daily work with foremen and project teams
• Mentor apprentices and promote safety and quality workmanship
• Use field tech to complete daily reports and progress docs
• Maintain clean, safe job sites per OSHA standards
• Represent Randall professionally with clients and inspectors
