Job summary

RANDALL Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician for projects along the Space Coast of Florida. You will lead journeyman crews, coordinate daily electrical installations, ensure NEC compliance, and drive safety and quality on commercial construction sites.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent, 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to mentor teams while delivering on schedule and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proven leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Experience coordinating manpower and field productivity.
• OSHA30 certification preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and startup.
• Coordinate work with PMs, foremen, superintendents, inspectors, vendors and other trades.
• Mentor Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices on techniques and safety.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Document field progress and communicate updates using company software.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites; represent RANDALL professionally.
