RANDALL is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial electrical construction projects in Orlando and Central Florida. You will manage multiple foremen and crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance, and collaborate with project stakeholders from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Commercial electrical construction experience 12–15+ years.
• 5+ years in leadership roles (Superintendent/Foreman).
• Licensed electrician where required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for electrical field operations on commercial projects.
• Supervise Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel.
• Develop workforce plans and labor strategies to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and operations to set goals and execution plans.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts for field alignment.
• Lead startup activities, site logistics, and workforce mobilization.
• Monitor safety, productivity, and quality; ensure NEC compliance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and site coordination.
• Mentor and develop field leaders and drive continuous improvement.
