RANDALL is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial electrical projects in Orlando and Central Florida. The role directs crews, coordinates with project leadership, and ensures safe, on-time, high-quality installations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial electrical work, NEC knowledge, and strong leadership. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and enforcing safety on site, with opportunities for career growth.

Formación

Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent verifiable experience.
Minimum 10+ years of commercial electrical experience including 3+ years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes; read blueprints and drawings.
Experience overseeing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple project activities.
Excellent communication with customers, inspectors, and team members.

Responsabilidades

Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial electrical projects.
Direct Lead Electricians, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices to meet safety and quality goals.
Develop short-term work plans aligned with project schedules.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specs.
Monitor installations for code compliance and RANDALL standards.
Lead jobsite meetings, daily huddles, and safety briefings.
Resolve field issues and schedule impacts proactively.
Ensure quality inspections and turnover readiness.
