Job summary

RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team on projects across Orlando and Central Florida. The role emphasizes leadership of crews, safety, and delivering high-quality electrical installations in commercial construction.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician License (or verifiable experience), 7+ years in commercial electrical work, and a strong ability to coordinate field activities, read blueprints, and meet project

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License (where required) or equivalent verifiable experience.
Minimum of 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, including demonstrated leadership or crew supervision.
Proven ability to lead field personnel, coordinate workflow, and maintain project productivity.
Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local building codes.
Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction methods, means, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
Plan work assignments and ensure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems in accordance with NEC and project specs.
Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and specifications.
Mentor Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices on installation techniques and safety.
