Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field teams on battery storage and utility-scale solar projects across California, with nationwide travel. You will manage crews, coordinate with owners reps, and ensure safety, quality and schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction leadership, hands-on MV/HV experience, and a professional license; OSHA 30 preferred and NFPA 70E a plus. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables.
• Experience with MV/HV collection systems and battery storage components.
• Experience running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E and a journeyman or master electrician license are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews on BESS and solar projects.
• Coordinate with owners reps, commissioning teams, QA/QC.
• Ensure safety and schedule compliance.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Manage subcontractors and field operations.
