Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent for Battery Storage & Solar projects across the United States. The role requires overseeing electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Extensive travel to project sites is expected; candidates should have strong coordination with owners' reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC, and hold relevant licenses or certifications where applicable.

Competenze

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work.
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins.
• Track record of running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec.

• Lead electrical construction activities on BESS and solar projects, coordinating with owners' reps and QA/QC teams.

Novax Recruitment works with leading EPCs, developers and utility-scale contractors across the US renewable sector. We're looking to hear from experienced field leaders who have delivered battery energy storage (BESS) and utility-scale solar projects.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins
• A track record of running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec
• Comfortable working with owners' reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E and a journeyman or master electrician license are a plus
• Willing to travel to project sites
