Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field teams on battery storage and utility-scale solar projects across California, with nationwide travel. You will manage crews, coordinate with owners reps, and ensure safety, quality and schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction leadership, hands-on MV/HV experience, and a professional license; OSHA 30 preferred and NFPA 70E a plus. Travel to project sites is expected.

Novax Recruitment works with leading EPCs, developers and utility-scale contractors across the US renewable sector. We’re looking to hear from experienced field leaders who have delivered battery energy storage (BESS) and utility-scale solar projects.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins
• A track record of running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec
• Comfortable working with owners’ reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E and a journeyman or master electrician license are a plus
• Willing to travel to project sites
