Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for Battery Storage & Solar projects across the United States. The role requires leading electrical construction on utility-scale renewables, managing crews, and coordinating with owners' reps and QA/QC teams.

Travel to project sites is expected, with a permanent position available. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in leadership on BESS/renewables, hands-on MV/HV experience, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work.
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins.
• A track record of running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec.
• Comfortable working with owners' reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC.
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E and a journeyman or master electrician license are a plus.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction on BESS and utility-scale renewables projects.
• Manage site crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with owners' reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Travel to multiple project sites as required.
