Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for Battery Storage & Solar projects across the United States, with Arizona focus. The role requires extensive leadership of electrical construction on utility-scale renewables and hands-on experience with MV/HV systems and battery deployments.

Nationwide travel to project sites is expected. Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading crews, coordination with owners’ reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC, plus OSHA 30.

Competenze

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work.
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins.
• Proven track record of leading crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec.
• Experience working with owners’ reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC.
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E and a journeyman or master electrician license are a plus.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in electrical construction leadership on utility-scale renewables, BESS, substations or similar heavy electrical work
• Hands-on experience with MV/HV collection systems, battery container installation, PCS/inverters, and substation tie-ins
• A track record of running crews and subcontractors safely, on schedule and to spec
• Comfortable working with owners’ reps, commissioning teams and QA/QC
