Qualifications

• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Education or training in electronics/mechatronics/automation with PCB/SMT exposure.
• Strong ability to read drawings and GD&T; troubleshoot SMT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and ensure compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to support project goals and timelines.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting of defects.
• Manage documentation such as SW, PM, and OPM recommendations.
