You will commission equipment, develop SMT processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of a new SMT production line and equipment.
• Develop and optimize SMT processes, machine programs, and recipes.
• Provide technical support for solder paste printing, SPI/AOI inspection, pick-and-place, and reflow ovens.
• Develop thermal profiles and process parameters for products.
• Improve first-pass yield, cycle time, throughput, and OEE through data analysis.
