Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Test Technician for our Santa Isabel, PR location. This onsite role will plan, conduct, and report testing of products under development and provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams.

The position requires HS diploma or equivalent with technical electronics education and bilingual English/Spanish communication. U.S. citizenship is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (GED in US) or an Associate degree in electronics/technical area.
• English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with engineering and manufacturing on routine technical matters.
• Set up and operate test stands and configure equipment for tests.
• Interpret and record test results and troubleshoot failures.
• Read engineering prints, schematics, and component manuals to support testing.
• Provide status updates to team and support staff and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Perform entry-level troubleshooting and calibration of hardware and software.
