Job summary

Siemens AG in Houston, TX seeks an Electrical Services Senior Sales Executive to grow the Electrical Services business across healthcare, corporate real estate, data centers and federal facilities. You will combine technical and financial expertise to tailor winning service solutions for end-user customers.

You will spend at least 50% of your time in direct customer engagement, travel up to 10% overnight, and collaborate with operations, estimators and sales teams to deliver valued Siemens

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of sales experience in building automation or related field.
• Technical and commercial knowledge of electrical distribution equipment (120V-38,000V) systems and applications.
• Financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings effectively and independently.
• Account development and strategic sales skills.
• Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% overnight for training and business development.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vertical market and geographic account management plan with growth focus.
• Attend industry networking events and represent Siemens in the electrical service market.
• Forecast and manage pipeline, including opportunities in 600 V–38 kV service work.
• Achieve new orders, bookings and profit goals per quota.
• Collaborate with operations, estimators and sales teams to deliver customer value.
