Job summary

Eaton’s North America Sales division is seeking a Senior Services Sales Engineer in Lubbock, TX region. The role focuses on selling Eaton’s electrical services to diverse customers, managing relationships, and supporting distributors and end users with technical expertise.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of sales or field-service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years of sales, field service or electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers across market verticals and provide solutions.
• Maintain regional responsibility for services orders activity.
• Train and empower channel partners and manufacturing agents.
• Be the subject matter expert on Eaton’s services offering regionally.
• Act as voice of the customer to services operations and marketing.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors and needs.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers.
• Develop market-based growth strategies for Eaton’s services.
